We love South Texas Orthodontics. We have been to three of their locations with the Tezel location being the main office we visit. We always have great experiences and interactions with the staff. The communication is great and they have always done a great job of getting us in when we have an emergency situation.

This team was very good with us - when we first came in, they weren't bent on immediately getting my child into braces. They actually told us to wait for about 6 months and then come back in before doing braces. They are always very friendly, easy to work with, and I feel like there is a definite plan in place. We previously saw another orthodontist who took a lot of our money and did nothing for 2 years. Teeth weren't moved around and when we came into STO, they informed us that not even the first stage of what was supposed to have been done was done. They informed us at the time that because of this, we needed to wait to get his process restarted. They get you in on time, you don't wait forever, and I really appreciate it. Reina in the office is great!
